Here is a fully functional 3D-printed watch with a tourbillon. It has a mainspring inside that keeps the watch running for 30 minutes. The watch has a few pins and screws but most of its parts are 3D printed. It has an accuracy of one second deviation within one minute. The designer used an Ultimaker 2 to print this watch:
