Meet the Chipsetter ONE: a pick-and-place machine that lets you assemble your own PCBs and bringing your ideas to life faster. To get started, insert feeders, apply solder paste to your circuit board, fix your PCB in the clamps, import manufacturing data, and the rest is easy.
The machine picks up your parts and uses a camera vision system to correct any misalignment. There is no need for manual programming. The Chipsetter ONE can place up to 1250 components per hour. It measures 34” wide x 28” deep x 21 ½” high.
