We have seen many fascinating e-bikes in the past few months. Ford happens to be exploring a connected e-bike that uses a heart rate monitor to determine when you need some help. These e-bikes could be easily stored in your car. They rely on handlebar vibrations to help you get to your destination faster.
The foldable MoDe:Me and MoDe:Pro both have 200-watt motors and can reach speeds of up to 15 mph. They will also have an iPhone app to help the riders get to their destination faster. The rider alert system lets the cyclist know when a vehicle is overtaking and illuminates handlebar lights. You can find out more information about these bikes here.
