Those of you who have followed the works of Caroline Eriksson online know how talented she is. Her latest creation is a gingerbread sculpture of Smaug from the Hobbit. This 70 x 50 cm gingerbread sculpture was made in two weeks. She used extra syrup and flour in the dough to pull this off. This may not be her first gingerbread sculpture, but it is one of the most impressive ones yet.
