Ideum has some of the most exciting touch tables we have seen. The company is planning to introduce its next generation concept for the Platform 55 Multitouch table, running Android 4.4 & Windows 8, during InfoComm in Las Vegas, June 18 – 20, 2014. The table has a thin top display design and uses 3M 55″ prototype touch technology. Here is what Ideum had to say about this:
The fiducial marker system that will be available for demo on the Ideum Platform touch table will allow tangible interfaces with projected capacitive touch displays. This presents new opportunities as these physical markers can be used as “game pieces” or used to identify individual users.
Ideum’s custom-built software for foosball will also be on display at the event. Pretty exciting, isn’t it?
