In the past few years, we have covered plenty of smart robotic systems for handling liquids and performing other tasks in the lab. As it turns out, you can use LEGO pieces to build your own liquid handling robot. These LEGO-based robots can handle liquid volumes from 1ml to the sub-μl range. They can handle standard lab gear.
These robots can be used to conduct science and chemistry experiments. The simplest version can be built with a LEGO Mindstorm Ev3 Core Set.
