We have covered some pretty cool umbrellas here in the past. The London Cityscape Color Changing Umbrella is quite unique though. It changes colors with rain. When dry, the umbrella is black and white. When it rains, your umbrella becomes something more colorful. You get a cute pouch but who cares about that. It’s a head-turner.
