Plenty of can’t wait to get our hands on a decent holographic display. You don’t have to wait years to get your hands on one. The Looking Glass is a light field display that generates 45 simultaneous views of a 3D world at 60 frames per second. You don’t need a VR headset to see the holograms.

The Looking Glass lets you import 3D models and animations in OBJ, FBX, STL, and other formats. Developers gain access to the HoloPlay Unity SDK too. Looking Glass works with Maya, Blender, Solidworks, Z-Brush, and other comparable tools. You can order it on Kickstarter.
