I don’t know about you but I have a decent espresso machine at home that I can’t live without. My tea maker is also very decent. Sharp’s HEALSIO Ocha Presso is another interesting tea maker that looks like an espresso machine. It does not alter the nutrient ingredients of tea leaves. This machine boils water on the backside and filters it. Then, it mixes hot water and milled tea leaves. Since it mills tea leaves into a 20 micron powder, the tea you make with this is going to have more catechin than the ones you make in your tea pot.
