Here is another affordable robot for underwater research and exploration. The Sibiu Nano is powerful enough to handle a 2-knot underwater current. It comes with 6 thrusters and a HD camera for livestreaming through a tether. The robot has an open and modular design.

Users can add sensors, lights, and other modules to do more with the robot. The Sibiu Nano has a max operating depth of 100 meters. It has automatic heading control and depth hold functionality.
