You get a smart charging case with a touchscreen that you can use to adjust volume, switch mode, and play/pause.
The charging case is also capable of showing lyrics in real-time as you listen to music. The NC20 Pro has sensors to detect when you remove them to pause, so you won’t miss a thing. You get up to 80 hours of battery life with the charging case. The companion app is very similar to the one we tested a few months go. You get 32 EQ presets for you to play around with.
