Military vehicles keep getting improved all the time to offer better maneuverability and speed across the battlefield. BAE Systems is now upgrading tracked military vehicles (CV90) with technology adapted from F1 to offer better performance. With Active Damping, the upgraded CV90 combat vehicle is capable of breaking speed records in rough terrain. Engineers at BAE Systems were also able to increase the CV90’s agility by reducing its pitch acceleration by approximately 40 per cent.
