Dishcraft’s Dish Washing Robots with Machine Learning

Plenty of industries are going to be revolutionized by AI and robots. That applies to the food industry too. We have already seen robots that can flip burgers, cook entire meals, and serve food/drinks to customers. Dishcraft’s robots can wash dishes like a pro.

Once a stack of dishes are given to the robot, it scrubs them clean and checks them for any remaining food residue. The scrubbed dishes are passed through a sanitizer. The Dishcraft system relies on computer vision and machine learning to ensure perfect cleaning.
