Every day that goes by, we see researchers coming up with new ways to use AI to do something amazing. Take NVIDIA’s latest project for instance: it is all about using deep learning to produce high-quality slow motion videos from a 30fps video. Instead of relying on a high-end smartphone to produce slow motion videos, NVIDIA Tesla V100 GPUs and cuDNN-accelerated PyTorch deep learning framework were used to get the job done.
The NVIDIA Tesla V100 is designed to accelerate AI, HPC, and graphics. It comes in 16 and 32GB configurations and offers the performance of up to 100 CPUs in a single GPU. Something like this doesn’t come cheap though.
