We have seen some sleek 3D printers in the past. None of them can actually fly like this robot. That’s right, this is the world’s first flying 3D printer that can build things and carry containers. It does it all autonomously. Mirko Kovac of Imperial College London and his team believe a larger version of this robot can fix damaged roofs and build bridges. These drones will be available at the Imperial Festival in London on May 9 – 10.
