The Plankpad PRO is compatible with iOS and Android devices. Once you download the companion app, you are ready to play games or follow workout challenges. The games have 4 levels, including an arcade mode that challenges you to stay as focused as possible while using your body as the controller.
You get a bunch of fun games to choose from, including fruit slicer, meteor madness, snow cruisin’, candy monster, and wave rider. The app also comes with workout and challenge modes for you to try. It keeps track of your high score in each game.
It is well worth noting that you can use this board for more than traditional planks. For instance, you can perform hip lifts, raised leg knee taps, forward & back rocks, and other modified planks.
Overall, we found the Plankpad Pro very easy to set up and use. The games don’t look super hard but they force you to work your abs hard while keeping you motivated.
