A bunch of companies are testing the idea of using robots to serve customers in restaurants and bars. Take Tipsy Robot for instance. It is a 2,500-square-foot bar in Las Vegas with robotic bartenders to pour perfect drinks for customers.

Customers get to place their order on tablet stations in the bar or through an app. Once their barcode is scanned and their drink is entered into the system, patrons will simply have to wait for the robots to make their drink.
