Robots are already capable of assisting us in daily movement. We have covered a bunch of exoskeletons that you can wear to walk more comfortable and hike longer. The WIM S is a new wearable walking-assist robot that will be showcased at CES 2026. It has a lighter form and supports 4 walking modes (Air, Hiking, Care, and Aqua). This 1kg wearable robot is 30% smaller than the previous model. It uses real-time adaptive walking control algorithms to analyze and predict changes in your walking pattern.
The WIM S has a convenient mode switch button. It is IP65 rated, so you can use it in rain and snow. It is also great for exercise. You can use the companion app to analyze your gait data, including speed, balance, and muscle strength. The battery life lasts up to 2 hours.
