There are plenty of boring clocks on the market. This Magnetic Ball Clock is quite neat to have around though. It uses a magnetic motor to move 3 tiny balls on an elegant glass face. It comes with a convenient stand to use on a table but you can also mount the clock to the wall without having to worry about the tiny balls dropping.
The good folks at Brando were kind enough to send us a review unit. The package comes with an easy-to-assemble stand, 9 tiny colored balls, and the clock itself. An AA battery is also included.
Overall, the clock is very easy to set up. Once you find the initial hour, minute, and second positions, everything else falls into the place. Since you are dealing with magnets, you simply have to move the tiny balls on the surface until they stick. A simple guide is included in the package but we never needed it. Brando is selling these magnetic ball clocks in black and light gray colors.
