In the past few months, we have covered many exciting wearable devices for humans. Balios happens to be a wearable for horse riders. It allows the rider to track training sessions and his/her horse’s well-being. It attaches to the girth of the saddle and provides you with feedback during each training session.
You can review sessions reports on your smartphone, with intensity, lameness level, time spent at each gait, and number of jumps. You will be able to share the data with your coach, vet, or other riders. The sensor can be attached to any kind of girth. The battery lasts up to 8 hours. The companion app runs on iOS and Android.
