Many folks have bought a Leap Motion Controller in the past few months, but not everyone is putting theirs to good use. The technology has a lot of potential though. Take this Battleship game: it is a gesture-controlled game created using a Leap Motion Controller and a DIY haptic glove. The glove vibrates when the player scores a hit.
The game has two modes: a classic turn-based mode, and a second mode in which the glove vibrates in different intensities as the cursor gets closer to an enemy ship. The player will be able to feel out the location of the enemy ships, similar to a sonar. What do you think? How would you improve this game?
