Teledyne FLIR Black Hornet - The Recon Mission
This is the Black Recon from Teledyne FLIR: an advanced UAV reconnaissance system that can be used to launch small drones from inside a military vehicle. The drone comes fitted inside a launch box mounted to a vehicle. 3 drones can be launched during a mission.
Once a drone returns, a cradle arm automatically recovers and docks it. Drones are then automatically recharged for the next mission. These drones can fly for over 45 minutes. They can fly in GPS denies situations.
