Are cassette players making a comeback? The old ones were slow and had many annoying issues. A bunch of companies are working to reinvent these devices. Take the COOLGEEK P1 for instance: it is a modern cassette player with Bluetooth connectivity and a transparent design. You will be able to see most of the parts move. Just like old cassette players, this one has buttons to rewind, forward, stop and play.
This player has 3.5mm and Bluetooth out, so you can use it with your speakers, headphones, and other devices. Unlike an old cassette player, this one has a tiny digital display that lets you see playback status, time, volume, and other settings. You can search for nearby devices on it. Here are the main specs:
- Bluetooth 5.3
- 1600mAh battery
- 33 ft range
- Weight: 0.62lb
You can find this project on Kickstarter.
