
The latest versions of mini PCs are getting more powerful processors/graphics and even faster ports. Take the GPD BOX for instance: it is a mini PC based on the Intel Core Ultra Series 3 “Panther Lake” processor that uses MCIO and dual USB4 v2.0 ports for fast connections. It comes with an UltraX7 358H or Ultra 7 356H processor with up to 180 TOPS of performance. Its MCIO 8i port offers 512 Gbps output. Here are the ports:

You can get this with up to 64GB RAM. eGPU expansion is possible with the MCIO 8i port. For cooling, this unit uses separate CPU and SSD cooling with dual independent fans.
