Walking and running are great ways to stay healthy. A lot of folks underestimate the importance of having the right pair of shoes for these activities. Before getting these, I was asked to provide my size. I used my old sneakers from another brand. The ATOM 2 shoes I received fit perfectly. These are available for men and women. The men’s version is available in 4 colors and 2 widths. I got the Dusk Blue Bright White version in medium width. Right out of the box, I noticed that these felt very breathable and sleek. You can see the amount of cushioning each shoe provides.
These shoes weigh only 12.85 oz according to my scale. Their soles were quite a bit thicker than my previous sneakers. You can, in fact, feel the support when you put these on. I ran, jumped, and mowed the lawn while wearing my ATOM 2 shoes and felt much more comfortable than my old sneakers. The KURUSOLE provides ample heel support while the removable ULTIMATE INSOLES keep you comfortable. These sneakers have springy cushioning but maintain their shape even after challenging workouts.
Getting in and out of these shoes was no struggle. As someone who has struggled with foot issues due to completing many 5K and 10K runs, I found this pair to be a lot more comfortable than my previous sneakers. When you go for a run wearing these, you will experience lower impact forces. These shoes feature KURUCLOUD+ midsoles that absorb shock, so I felt like I had a spring in my steps during my long evening walks.
I tested these shoes on grass, asphalt, and indoor surfaces. They are great for jogging, walking, gym sessions, and everyday activities. They performed admirably on a treadmill. An hour of indoor walking felt a lot less taxing with these. I tend to get blisters and heel pain after long workout sessions, but that was not the case with these. These shoes are also ideal for folks experiencing foot fatigue.
Overall, I found the ATOM 2 sneakers to be quite stylish. They look very well-made and have enough cushioning to absorb shock and reduce landing impact. They are designed to give you stability on uneven surfaces. These sneakers work well for people dealing with plantar fasciitis, but they would also make a great gift for dads or anyone who enjoys long daily walks.
