Here is another trippy toy from Sirius Enigmas: the PhoTOP is a phosphorescent spinning toy. It consists of a flat disk with a two part aluminum spindle. The disk measures 12cm. Simply give it a spin and shine a UV/deep purple 405nm laser pointer at it to see the effect.
