It is powered by the XC6SLX9‑3 that can control up to 8192 RGB LEDS. You can connect it to your computer with a standard cable.
The Pixblasters Mini can be used with RGB LED panels that are based on WS2812B, SK6812, and APA102. They come with a DVI and USB-C port.
