There is no better way to learn robotics and coding than building and programming your own robot. POPI is an open source quadruped project we all can learn from. It was initially started as a student project and was built from scratch with a budget of 4k euros.

POPI is not the most agile robot but its code, drawings and bill of materials are available online, so you can always try building your own.
