Our smart wearable devices are going to become more flexible and sophisticated in the future. As this video from Responsive Environment shows, it is possible to fit a modular, dense sensor network on a tape. Since SensorTape is modular, it can be cut and joined in any order.
SensorTape is a research prototype at this point. It could turn into a real product in the future though.
