We have covered outdoor elliptical bikes in the past. They give you a good workout and are awfully fun. The StreetStrider is another one of those. It duplicates the motion of the stationary elliptical cross trainer in a 3-wheeled mobile device. You get a full-body low impact cardio workout and get to have lots of fun in the process. Not cheap but lots of fun.
