Flying cars, smarter homes, and super intelligent wearable devices are coming in the future. I am personally more excited about jetpacks. They have been around for some time but are not perfect. This particular jetpack that was tested at the Smithsonian Future Is Here Festival recently. It can only go for 26 seconds before running out of juice, but that is more than enough to get an idea how fun it is.
This jetpack uses hydrogen peroxide and nitrogen gas as fuel. One handle controls the pack’s flight dynamics while the other controls power. You can’t buy one in stores yet, and even if you could, the price would be too high for most of us. But there is plenty to be excited about here.
