The SlimeVR Butterfly Trackers are open hardware sensors that can track your movement and require no base station or additional cameras. They use an IMU to track their own rotation. The data is sent to a SlimeVR server running on your PC or smartphone.
These trackers are designed to be comfortable to wear. These feature a flexible band that connects their two halves. Unlike the original SlimeVR, this new model uses Enhanced ShockBurst (ESB). The battery life lasts over 24 hours. SlimeVR Butterfly will be compatible with various PC games, VRChat, and streaming apps.
