This is the LaserWeeder: a smart robotic platform that uses AI, machine vision, and lasers to help farmers get a better handle on weed control. It identifies weeds and targets them with 30 high-powered CO2Â lasers, destroying “the meristem of the weed with millimeter accuracy.” It does not damage nearby crops though.
