This robot has 2 foam-padded arms that swing at you at different speeds and frequencies. You can use this to practice defense, speed, agility, and coordination. Boxing Buddy has a custom mode, in which you can choose punches, speeds, and frequencies for you training sessions. You can use this robotic sparring partner as a core trainer too.
