The CatGenie Whoosh is a self-cleaning litter box that aims to help with that. It doesn’t require you to scoop or empty a waste drawer. It relies on a water-soluble litter to liquefy and flush the waste. The entire cleaning time takes about 7 minutes.
This automatic litter box uses tofu litter made from soybean pulp. It has app connectivity, so you can schedule cleanings and control this litter box from anywhere. Each cartridge is good for 480 cleaning cycles. This model is much more compact than a few others we have tested, with a footprint of 21 x 24.5 x 17.5″. It is ideal for cats up to 25lbs.
