Wasting food is not wise but many of us end up doing it unintentionally anyway. The FoodTusker is a smart food container that can help you keep track of your foods’ expiration dates. It combines with your phone to remind you before your food goes back. For starters, it has a 1.54-inch E-ink display with Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity. The display doesn’t consume too much energy, so it could last for over 2 months on battery.
The FoodTusker is easy to use: you can look up your food in the app to get a recommended expiration date. Once the tracker gets the data from your phone, it can remind you before your food goes bad.
