In the past few years, we have covered a bunch of large flashlights that can turn the night into day. You don’t need a large one to get a good output. Take the OLIGHT Baton4 for instance: it is a sleek flashlight with 1300 lumens output. The good folks behind it were kind enough to send us one to test with an Ostation 2 Pro battery charging station. This flashlight is designed to work seamlessly with the magnetic charging dock of that battery charger. It has a multifunctional button that lets you cycle through modes and change light output.
This flashlight came in a tiny package. It comes with a tiny USB charging dock. It has a range of up to 170 meters. The Baton4 has a magnetic design, so you can attach it to metallic surfaces to get work done in the dark. You get 1300 lumens output in turbo mode but there is also a strobe mode available for signaling. Our Baton4 felt very sturdy. In fact, it is drop tested from up to 5 feet. Thanks to its clip, you can easily attach it to your backpack or belt.
