Older computers used to have one or two CD drives. Nobody uses CDs these days but you can still upgrade those old computers with a IDE/ATAPI drive emulator. The PicoIDE is an open source drive emulator that replaces your hard drives and CD ROM drives. It will be available in 2 models. It powered by the Raspberry Pi RP2350 and lets you swap microSD cards effortlessly. The optional front panel has a 1.3-inch 128×64 OLED screen & 4 buttons. It has WiFi connectivity for remote interactions.

The version that has a front panel lets you select disk images without playing around with microSD cards. You will also be able to upload files via web interface. PicoIDE can replace your hard drive, allowing to create small partition images and switch between DOS, Windows, OS/2.
