Boston Dynamics has some of the most impressive robots we have seen. The company recently showcased its production-ready Atlas at CES 2026. It has 56 degrees of freedom and fully rotating joints for continuous range of motion, so it is super flexible. This robot can pick up to 110lbs of load. It lasts up to 4 hours on swappable batteries. Atlas is designed to work in human spaces. Atlas autonomously goes to its charging station and swaps out its battery.

The robot stands 6.2ft tall, weighing 198lbs. It has a reach of up to 7.5ft. It is IP67 rated and operate in temperatures from -4 to 104F. Thanks to its cloud intelligence, new tasks can be learned very quickly. Once a task is learned, the entire fleet will be able to get it done. Atlas has tactile sensing in its fingers and palm.
