Remember the Doorman by Tjhazi? It is a 3D printed animatronic robot with Arduino for greeting your visitors. Graham Jessup has taken it to the next level with face tracking. The Watchman uses Google’s AIY Vision hat for offline face tracking. It is programmed in Python and C++.

To complete this project, a Raspberry Pi, Pi camera, and Arduino Uno were used. The Google AIY Vision Hat runs face detection on the camera feed and sends position commands to the Arduino for controlling the eye mechanism.
