You don’t have to spend a fortune to get your hands on a capable AI robot these days. Take the FF Nova: it is a newly announced embodied AI humanoid robot that you can get for under $2500. It is ready for reinforcement learning and autonomous tasks. It has 10 TOPS performance, 8 GB RAM and 32 GB of storage space. It uses a 4MP camera, top mounted 2D LiDAR, 3D ToF sensor, and 3-mic array. This robot has a LLM inside. It is smart enough to know who is speaking and from where.

This 20 degrees of freedom robot has a walking speed of 0.1m/s and can overcome obstacles up to 2cm. It stands about 50cm tall, weighing 2.8kg, so you can easily take it with you anywhere. Nova will have an open SDK and a skills store. It supports SLAM, LLMs, and VLA models. The bad news? Only 100 units are available in Phase One.
We’ve entered a defining chapter in our mission to make Physical AI accessible at scale.
At our FFR × FFAI joint product launch, I shared several major highlights that reflect our progress toward building a globally competitive Physical AI ecosystem.
A major breakthrough for FF Robotics independent listing: FFR and FFAI have signed definitive agreements on October 12, Pacific Time. FFR will acquire FFAI’s robotics assets and business in an all-stock transaction, at a valuation of about $200 million. The shares will be issued at $2.246 each—a nearly 50% premium. FFR’s equity value before closing is around $60 million on a fully diluted basis.
Once the transaction closes, FFR will become the No. 1 U.S.-listed pure-play “Four-Core Full-Stack AI” humanoid and bionic EAI robotics ecosystem company. Our five-year goal is to stay among the top three overall in the EAI robotics industry—and make FFR one of the most valuable EAI companies in the Physical AI era.
We also welcomed two new members to our Robot World 2.0 family: FF Nova, priced at $2,490, and FF Nova Mini, priced at $299.
Alongside these new robots, we launched the Physical AI Spark Program Curriculum and the Physical AI Reinforcement Learning Developer Program for FF Nova, supported through NVIDIA Isaac, while opening limited recruitment for our developer community.
We’re also expanding our online and offline sales channels and strengthening collaboration with the academic community, including more than 50 scholars and professors who joined our recent symposium with AIAA.
Our “One-Brain Multi-Form Multi-Capability” FF EAI Robot World 2.0 now includes more than 20 EAI Devices across six series and three robot forms.
Our ambition is to lower the barriers to Physical AI development, accelerate real-world adoption, and create long-term value for stockholders, users, and partners.
This is a once-in-a-century opportunity for Physical AI, and we’re determined to help drive it forward.
You don’t have to wait until you’ve grown up to shape the world.
Start now. Start with Physical AI. Start with FF Nova.
