When it comes to livestreaming, most use their smartphone. The latest tablets have high resolution cameras, so they are better for livestreaming sessions that involve you interacting with you chatroom. The NEEWER iPad Tablet Tripod Mount comes handy for this. It has an adjustable clamp, so it can accommodate many top tablets on the market. You will be able to use your tablet horizontally or vertically when capturing video.
This tablet mount has 1/4-inch holes for mounting to a tripod. There is also one in the back. We tested this mount with our iPad Pro 12.9 and iPad 9.7″ and had no issues. With an adapter, you can mount a microphone on top of your tablet when using this. There are metal versions of this available but those are a bit more expensive.
