Gianteye has shared a guide that shows you how to build your own soft pneumatic robot using 3D printing and silicone casting. You will have to design your robot in CAD and produce and outer mold and inner core for it.
As the maker explains, there are “three hollow ribbed volumes inside this tentacle that control its motion. It is controlled through a Processing interface and an Arduino switching a bank of solenoid valves using a simple Darlington transistor.” More info is available here.
