We have seen plenty of awesome watch concepts in the past. The Touch Skin is a pretty decent design by Niels Astrup though. It is a minimal watch with a touch-sensitive screen. That means you can customize the overall look of your watch using its flat OLED display. The watch adjusts its time automatically. It can be charged wirelessly. The Touch Skin is just a concept right now but looks quite delicious.
