Unitree has some of the most impressive robots we have seen. The new R1 robot is quite impressive. This agile humanoid robot has 26DOFs, weighing only 25kg. It is a lot cheaper than the G1, costing about $6K. As you can see in the below video, it can do very impressive acrobatic moves. The R1 uses multimodal large language model with speech and image capabilities.

The Unitree R1 is made with developers and robot enthusiasts in mind. It can perform fighting moves and even do a handstand walk. The R1 can get off the ground from a supine position.
