We have covered plenty of cool DIY robots in the past. This Scorpion Hexapod seems quite a lot of fun to build though. As Pieterjan Deconinck has shared on Vimeo, elastic strings were used on the legs to counter gravity. The robot can be programmed to perform various tricks.
